Sky Zone is the first wall-to-wall trampoline park for fitness, fun, and special events. Kids and adults of all ages love jumping around in this giant arena of trampolines. There are also foam pits and other areas for specific skills like Ultimate Dodgeball and those amazing slam dunks! The staff is super helpful and friendly encouraging kids to bounce higher and try new flips. A great post ahead.
Open Jump
Sky Zone is a chain of indoor trampoline parks where you can bounce, flip, play dodgeball, and more. They believe in the power of play to make us healthier, happier, and more creative. They’ve brought that fun to Phoenix with wall-to-wall trampolines, a foam pit, sky slam for unreal dunks, and more.
The park is split up into zones by age and there are plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Beginners can jump and practice their balance, while more experienced jumpers can perfect new tricks or try out some flips. There are also foam pits and Ultimate Dodgeball to add a little competition to the mix.
The staff was friendly and helpful, gently reminding jumpers to follow the rules. They were also good at getting in on the jumping and encouraging the kids to have a great time. The place is clean and well-maintained. We’ll definitely be back!
Foam Pit
The Foam Pit is a large arena of trampolines and foam blocks where kids can jump, flip and exercise. This area is open to all ages. The foam pit is a fun way to get some energy out but it’s important that children follow park rules and have an adult supervise them while jumping around.
Trampoline park injuries have increased in recent years and there are many stories of kids injured in the foam pits. Maureen Kerley, the mother of Ty Thomasson, who died after he somersaulted into a shallow foam pit at a Phoenix trampoline park, lobbied for new laws to be passed in Arizona requiring parks to have registration and inspections.
The staff at Sky Zone Peoria was amazing. They interacted with the kids in a friendly manner encouraging them while also kindly reminding them to follow park rules. They even joined in on some of the fun! They offer a monthly membership that can be used by up to 4 family members for unlimited jumping. Discover more exciting places here.
Sky Slam
The kids in your family will have a ball trying to get those slam dunks perfected at Sky Slam. The angled walls give them that extra bit of height they need for those gravity-defying jumps and flips.
They’ll also have a blast at the Foam Zone, and can even compete in Ultimate Dodgeball or SkySlam! If you’re looking to ramp up the workout a bit, there are SkyRobics fitness classes too.
The best way to enjoy Sky Zone is by purchasing your jump time online before you go! This saves you a lot of time when you arrive. You’ll also need to sign a waiver ahead of time. You can do this online or there are computers available when you arrive. The waivers are good for one park only and expire after about a year. If you’re going to have more than one visit, you’ll need a new waiver each time.
Ultimate Dodgeball
In the Ultimate Dodgeball arena, players compete in teams to beat each other by bouncing around on trampoline lanes and throwing basketballs into their opponents’ zones. The first team to get all of their balls in the other side’s zone wins! It’s a thrill for NBA dreamers of all sizes.
Sky Zone believes that active play has the power to make us happier, healthier, and more creative. It offers gravity-defying wall-to-wall attractions and is always looking for new ways to have fun. It also believes in giving back to its communities. For example, the Peoria location partners with local teachers by offering discounted jump passes to students in the area.
If you’re looking for a place to cool off in the summer, check out one of the local splash pads at Pioneer Park or Rio Vista. The water games at both parks are interactive and fun for kids of all ages. You can even take a simulated hay ride or go on a gold panning tour! Browse the next article.
